Reservation policy
- Reservation is made by means of an advance payment of 50% of the total value of the tourist package and full payment will take place 14 days before the beginning of the stay.
Reservation cancellation policy
- If the reservation is cancelled 14 days before starting the stay, the client will be returned the advance payment.
- If the reservation is cancelled 7 days before the start of the stay, the price for the first night of lodging will be retained.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the total amount of the advance payment will be retained.
